Several teams are poised to make moves next week depending on what happens in their respective regional championships and preseasons.
However, for this week four sides are on the way up, two drop, including one that falls away altogether, and another team reappears after a few weeks on the sidelines.
Bowling Green, Colorado State, Syracuse and South Carolina all improve their positions - mostly due to Harvard dropping out of the 25 on the back of their early exit from the NRU playoffs.
Meantime, Florida is back in after wrapping up their fall preseason with a shutout of the senior Navy All-Stars.
Other teams on the cusp include Ohio State, Notre Dame and Oregon State.
