Utah, Army, Central Washington and Delaware inch their way up inside the top 10 largely because UC Davis lost again and Arkansas State was idle.
Further down the rankings, Tennessee and Colorado have set themselves up as the teams to beat in their respective regional playoffs.
The Buffs have clinched top spot in the Western Conference as the Vols are odds on to qualify from the Southeastern League.
And a little lower down the order, the Arizona Wildcats are quietly making inroads on teams ranked above them as they make their run for the postseason in the Southern California Premier League.
