USA Rugby has been under the gun to release its much-anticipated Strategic Plan.

Well, it’s now accessible via the USAR website and we’re talking about it.

Hosts Brian Lowe, Ray Viers and Mike Diamantopoulos dissect the Plan from soup to nuts and are joined in conversation by USAR CEO Nigel Melville.

Melville discusses the Plan and its key goals. He tells it like it is and gives Boulder’s perspectives on the Plan’s contents.

Also on this show the guys look at Todd Clever’s somewhat surprising admission that playing Super Rugby in Australia is a possibility.

Clever, who’s contracted for a second year to the Lions in South Africa, has been making a name for himself in the Super 14 and thinks there may be some opportunities for him down under in 2011, particularly with the new franchise the Melbourne Rebels.

All this and maybe just a little more is on Show #116.

Rugbytalk is presented by ScrumMaster, Rah Rah Rugby and LBG Development.
