Rugbytalk #49 is one of the best ARN radio shows yet.

Hosts Brian Lowe, Ray Viers, and coach Bruce McLane are all revved up and ready to have at it.

Headlining this week's show is the NA4, and more precisely, what to expect from the US Falcons and Hawks as they go into the semifinals.

Falcons head coach Ray Lehner joins the conversation and shares his thoughts on his team's performances and what the players need to do to change things up to ensure they get a shot at the final.

The panelists also continue their debate on the issue of performance based goals as opposed to wins and losses on the field for the men's national team. And this week they pull no punches as they disagree yet again on what should be the end goal.

Another topic of discussion is whether college guys should be given more of a look at the NA4 level, as well as what men's clubs should be doing to encourage more collegiate players to stay in the game after they graduate.
