Defending champs Belmont Shore, along with the Denver Barbarians, Chicago Lions and New York Athletic Club (NYAC) have their sights set on the prize.
Top seeded NYAC will be at home to the Barbarians in the early semi.
"We are well prepared and ready for this game. Whatever the outcome is, it will be the correct one because we have done our preparation,” NYAC coach Bruce McLane said.
“Denver is an excellent team with big players and hard runners. It should be a great spectacle on what is forecast to be a beautiful day."
The fifth-seeded Barbos head east to Travers Island looking for a victory that would put them back into the RSL final for the first time since 1999. In that year, Denver nabbed the championship title by beating Belmont Shore in the mile high city.
The Chicago Lions, who narrowly clinched the #8 playoff spot, will head to the West Coast for a replay of the 2007 RSL final against Shore.
In that game, Belmont finished on top to claim the championship and the champs are expected to put up another strong showing as they look to qualify for a record ninth Super League championship game.
On top of that, the last time the Lions traveled to southern California to face off against Shore in the playoffs they went home empty handed and will be looking to reverse the trend.
Belmont Shore has won the title four times in the league’s 12-year history.
The second semifinal is also set to feature a curtain-raiser between the visiting Tongan U-20 national team and the Southern California College All-Stars.
The Griffins, coached by Jeremy Ognall, will use the game as a warm-up for the collegiate National All-Star Championships next month in Colorado.
